There is no server for you to buy or maintain, and no software to install on each computer.
One record for the whole team
Every email, quote, booking, bill of lading, airway bill and invoice is filed on the job it belongs to, so whoever opens the job sees all of it.
Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS 1.2 and 1.3 only), accounts can use two-factor sign-in, and passwords are stored as one-way hashes. The platform runs on hardened Linux cloud servers.

Software is deployed in 5–7 days with no setup or deployment charges, and you can try it free for 3 days first.
