Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the quickshipme.com website, the software products and portals operated by Quick Ship Technologies ("Quick Ship", "we", "us"), and our business messaging channels including WhatsApp. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Specific products may have a separate written agreement, and where one exists it takes priority over these terms.
1. Our services
Quick Ship provides logistics and freight management software, custom software development, and related consulting. Descriptions on our website are for general information. Scope, pricing and delivery for any project or subscription are set out in the quotation or agreement you sign with us.
2. Accounts
Where we give you access to a product, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, uploading unlawful content, or using them to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
4. Messaging
If you contact us or opt in to receive messages on WhatsApp, email or SMS, you agree that we may send you service updates and, where permitted, information about our products. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
5. Intellectual property
The software, website content, brand assets and documentation belong to Quick Ship or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer them except as expressly permitted in writing. Content you upload remains yours, and you give us the rights needed to provide the service to you.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in your quotation or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the stated period, and we may suspend services for overdue accounts after notice.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update or change features from time to time and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality for paying customers.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quick Ship is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Third-party services
Our services connect with third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp), carriers, marketplaces and payment providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
10. Termination
You may stop using our website at any time. Subscriptions and projects end according to their agreement. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
