Quick Ship Technologies ("Quick Ship", "we", "us") is a logistics software company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website at quickshipme.com, our software products, our customer portal, and our WhatsApp business messaging, and how we use and protect that data.

1. Who we are

Quick Ship Technologies is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@quickshipme.com or through the contact page on our website.

3. How we use your data

4. WhatsApp messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, to communicate with customers and prospects. When you message us on WhatsApp, or agree to receive messages from us, we process your WhatsApp number, your profile name, and the content of the conversation. Messages are stored in our customer relationship system so that our team can follow up. Meta processes WhatsApp messages under its own terms and privacy policy. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.

5. Legal basis

We process personal data to perform a contract with you or take steps before entering one, to pursue our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, to comply with legal obligations, and where you have given consent, for example for marketing messages. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

6. Sharing your data

We share personal data only where needed to run our business: with hosting and infrastructure providers (including Vercel and Supabase), communication providers (including Meta for WhatsApp and email delivery services), analytics tools, professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Our providers may store or process data outside the UAE, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure the data is protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

8. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Conversation records and lead data are reviewed and removed when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, see our data deletion page.

9. Security

We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit, and limited staff access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we act quickly if we become aware of a breach.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email hello@quickshipme.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
