Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Quick Ship Technologies to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This covers data collected through our website, our software products, and our WhatsApp business messaging.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@quickshipme.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Include the phone number, WhatsApp number or email address you used with us, so we can locate your records.
- If you only want to stop receiving WhatsApp messages, reply STOP to any message from us. Your number will be marked as opted out straight away.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt within 3 working days, verify that the request comes from you, and delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation when it is done.
What we may keep
We may retain limited information where the law requires it, for example invoices and tax records, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement. Any data kept for these reasons is restricted from other use and deleted when the requirement ends.
